Law 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on computers, files and civil liberties guarantees your right to access and rectify any personal information and, in accordance with article 27, entitles you to refuse, on whatever grounds are judged legitimate, the retention of such information in computer files. This right is fully recognized by the Donation Jacques Henri Lartigue, to whom this form is addressed.
